Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Elementary Teachers to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback
- Support students with special education needs or disabilities through tailored instructional strategies
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administration regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions related to early childhood education and teaching methodologies
- Maintain organized records of lesson plans, assessments, and student attendance
- Strong team player contributing to the success of our school is critical
Experience
- Prior classroom teaching experience in elementary education is preferred
- Experience working with children across diverse backgrounds and abilities is highly desirable
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities is beneficial
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, time management, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $41,800.00 per year
