Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation
- Support the overall operations of the kitchen by assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
