Summary
Home Instead's Caregiver position is vital in delivering compassionate and personalized home care to seniors . This role supports our mission to enable older adults to live safely and comfortably at home by providing essential daily assistance and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
- Offer companionship to promote emotional well-being.
- Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families about care progress.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or background in senior or home care is preferred.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting.
- Reliable, responsible, and respectful attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation preferred.
- Certification in caregiving or related fields is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
