About the Role
We are a growing food and beverage manufacturing company looking for dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our team in Barrie. This position involves working in a fast-paced production environment focused on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in an active manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with production, packaging, and assembly processes
- Operate and clean production equipment safely and efficiently
- Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility
- Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with inventory movement and organization as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
