and indoor air quality solutions for residential clients across Southwestern Ontario. We are seeking a motivated and
customer-focused Comfort Advisor / Outside Salesperson to join our expanding team and contribute to our continued
success.
Position Summary
The Comfort Advisor is responsible for conducting in-home consultations, assessing customer needs, recommending
suitable HVAC solutions, and closing sales with professionalism and care. This role requires strong communication skills,
a customer-first mindset, and the ability to confidently present product options, pricing, and financing programs. You will
work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to
finish.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Conduct in-home visits to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.
- Recommend appropriate HVAC systems and prepare accurate proposals based on company standards.
- Present pricing, financing options, rebates, and promotional programs to customers.
- Build trust and long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless job turnover.
- Maintain detailed lead activity, sales notes, and documentation in the CRM.
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and evolving company offerings.
- Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in HVAC sales or a related in-home sales field is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline of leads.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid G-class driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC concepts.
