Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert advice
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell salon products and retail items to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative services
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell products and retail items effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk
- Passion for hairstyling, creativity, and staying updated on industry trends
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as required by state regulations
Pay: From $17.80 per hour
