Job Duties:
- Responsible for the daily sorting, restocking, and replenishment of store goods.
- Perform daily sorting, restocking, and replenishment of store merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters, shelves, products, and floors.
- Assist customers by answering product-related questions, introducing products, and providing personalized service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling, educating customers on product features, and informing them of current promotions.
- Support store operations and team members as needed.
Skills and Requirements:
- Be service-oriented and treat customers with kindness and courtesy.
- Knowledge of Asian cosmetics and awareness of current beauty trends is an asset.
- Confident, enthusiastic, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and safely lift up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
