Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
We came here with a mission to share the beauty of traditional Korean food with more people. You don’t need to be an expert in Korean cuisine. All we ask is that you have a genuine interest in Korean food and a passion for sharing it with others. We're looking for someone who wants to have fun while working with us and helping spread the charm of Korean cuisine to the world.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections, answering any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout the shift.
- Help with sanitizing utensils, dishes, and other equipment to comply with food safety regulations.
- Process payments efficiently through cashiering duties while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of guest services by anticipating needs and providing assistance when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are key traits for success in this role.
- If you enjoy Korean culture like K-pop, K-dramas, or Korean food, that’s definitely a bonus — but not a requirement!
- Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Total Hours: Around 18 hours per week or more
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
