Position Summary
The Early Childhood Assistant (Casual Supply) will support full-time Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) and provide coverage when they are absent from the program as well as fill in for ratio coverage in programs. The assistant will work collaboratively with RECEs to help deliver a high-quality program that supports the needs of children and their families or caregivers. The incumbent must be willing to learn and demonstrate an understanding of the Child Care and Early Years Act, as well as the Centre’s Program Statement, policies, and procedures.
