We are looking for a Capital Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and collaborating with technical experts to deliver real solutions to customers.
This position can be based in Vancouver, BC. We offer a competitive salary, commission structure, and comprehensive benefits.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Sales Team, you’ll work closely with Process Engineers, Proposal Engineers, and the Salespeople to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and marketing support professionals.
· Pursue sales and business development of mineral processing equipment and systems into the mining, aggregate and wastewater industries.
· Meet your individual sales quota
· Collaborate with the Proposals Team, Engineering & Design Department and Mineral Processors Teams to ensure successful bid submissions.
· Successfully negotiate and close complex contracts and proposals.
· Drive global business development and marketing initiatives in capital sales, retrofits, spare parts and services.
· Develop and manage Goals & Objectives for the Sales Team that include: short- and long-term sales and marketing plans, sales forecasts and pricing strategies.
· Ensure the Sales Team meets the Goals & Objectives.
· Facilitate and maintain strong customer relationships and a high standard of service.
· Provide professional and courteous post sales customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction with equipment operation.
· Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database using Salesforce.
· Participate in industry conferences, tradeshows and industry-related events.
· Travel is required.
· Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is driven, organized, and confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of sales experience with capital equipment in mining or related industries
· Engineering degree required (Mining/Mineral Processing, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred)
· Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and system applications
· Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to manage priorities independently
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
Nice to Have:
· P.Eng designation considered an asset
- Familiarity with mineral processing equipment, mining, aggregates, or wastewater industries

Pay: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
