Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Valve Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This role involves assembling valve components and conducting shop testing to ensure that all products meet quality standards. The Assembly Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations within our warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble valve components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Coordinate the fabrication of parts as needed to ensure product integrity.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required for material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Pick up and procure the required hardware and components required in the assembly process.
- Assist the field service department as required with on-site repairs and assessments.
Experience
- Proven experience in assembly work or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, including familiarity with forklift operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
