Track 1 - Junior Finance Manager (build your career here)
An entry point into F&I that almost never comes up in this industry. If you have a foundation in automotive sales, lending, or banking and want to learn deal structuring, lender relations, and F&I products from the ground up, you'll train hands-on under an experienced, award-winning finance team - with a clear path to a full Finance Manager role.
Track 2 - Flex Finance Manager (experienced, multi-store)
Already licensed and working the circuit? We'll hold you a regular spot - a couple of set days a week to rotate in, with consistent deal flow waiting when you arrive. Choose a fixed daily rate or per-deal commission, whichever suits how you work. No politics, clean files, in-and-out professional.
With clean inventory, strong lender relationships, consistent deal flow, and an established reputation, this is the best room in the valley to work deals in - whether you're learning the craft or perfecting it.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Structuring finance, lease, and cash deals (alongside our team on the Junior track)
- Working with customers to secure financing solutions that meet their needs
- Communicating with lenders to obtain approvals and support deal structures
- Preparing finance, lease, and cash documentation accurately and efficiently
- Presenting extended warranties, protection products, and insurance options
- Maintaining compliance with VSA, lender, and dealership policies
- Ensuring finance files, titles, liens, taxes, and delivery documentation are complete and accurate
- Assisting with warranty, loan payout, and post-delivery inquiries
- Supporting the finance, administration, and sales teams to keep deal flow smooth and customers happy
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Hungry to build a career in automotive finance, or an established FM who values flexibility

- Ethical, dependable, and committed to an excellent customer experience
- A collaborative team player - coachable on the way up, or low-maintenance and sharp if you've been at this a while
Qualifications
- Junior track: 1+ year of automotive finance experience
- VSA License
- Flex track: Valid VSA License and retail dealership F&I experience (required); comfortable being productive from day one
- Valid BC Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with dealership finance software and lender portals an asset
- Multilingual abilities are considered an asset
Position Details
Compensation: Junior - commission-based with excellent earning potential and room to grow. Flex - fixed daily rate or per-deal commission, your preference.
Schedule: Part-time and flexible - set weekly days available for rotating managers; weekend availability an asset
Location: Fraser Valley Auto Mall, Abbotsford - in person
