Regional Food & Beverage Manager
Pinnacle International Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Regional Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and support food and beverage operations across multiple restaurant properties. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, support, and operational oversight for all food & beverage operations across assigned properties
- Maintain a strong operational presence and provide hands-on support during busy service periods and special events
- Ensure consistency in service standards, food and beverage quality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience
- Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability across all outlets
- Partner with culinary and operational teams to enhance menu creativity, improve service flow, and maintain efficient ticket and bill times
- Work closely with property leadership teams on budgeting, forecasting, labour management, and cost controls
- Monitor and manage food cost, beverage cost, labour, purchasing, and inventory controls
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, revenue enhancement, and continuous improvement
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop Food & Beverage leaders and frontline teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience
- Multi-unit or regional management experience in restaurants
- Proven hands-on operational leadership style
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and hotel F&B operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications
- Experience as an Executive Chef and asset
Compensation
- Salary starting at $100,000.00 per year, plus tips
