The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships the Director of Warehousing will oversee and optimize performance of our Distribution Centers. You will own operational execution, profitability targets, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, while leading teams to achieve breakthrough performance.

You ensure execution, anticipate challenges, and drive smarter, faster, and more profitable ways of working. As Director you will shape how we deliver services, improve processes and lead innovation.
What you will do:
Operational & Financial Leadership
· Own delivery of operational KPIs, service standards, and financial targets, including cost control and productivity improvement.
· Lead budget development, manage P&L performance, and ensure efficient labor and resource planning.
· Identify margin enhancing opportunities and implement initiatives to reduce cost and increase productivity.
Execution & Operational Excellence
· Provide direct leadership to multiple Distribution Centers, ensuring they run safely, efficiently, and to standard.
· Drive continuous improvement and standardization across processes, systems, and SOPs across multiple sites.
· Enhance inventory accuracy and reliability through data review, control, audits, and business analysis.
· Ensure full compliance with CFIA, GMP, TSSA and all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
Customer & Business Partnership
· Act as a strategic partner to customers—anticipating needs, solving challenges, and enabling growth.
· Support RFIs/RFPs and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver competitive solutions aligned with company strategy.
· Build trusted relationships across the industry and represent TCS with confidence and credibility.
People Leadership
· Inspire, coach and develop managers and teams to foster collaboration and high performance
· Foster a connected, collaborative, and engaged culture grounded in our values.
· Be a visible, hands-on leader who empowers teams and champions “Act like an owner” culture.
Role requirements:
· Degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field
· 10+ years of progressive experience in warehousing or 3PL
· Demonstrated success delivering operational and financial results
· Deep understanding of warehouse systems, labor planning, and continuous improvement
· Excellent communicator and relationship builder—credible at all levels
· Strong coaching and leadership capabilities; decisive, accountable, and resilient
· Proficiency with engineered labor standard experience an asset
· Ability to travel as required;
Please note the position is based out of Trenton, Ontario.
The expected compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
