JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a strong and service-driven professional who can represent our brand at the highest standard:
Excellent level of English communication
A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
Knowledge of fashion, clothing, fabrics, and garment alterations
Experience or strong understanding of the tailoring and alterations industry
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide customers through alterations and fitting solutions while maintaining excellent service standards.
Conduct professional garment fittings, accurately assessing fit issues and taking measurements.
Identify and recommend alteration to achieve the best possible fit for the customer, demonstrating a strong knowledge of alteration processes and products.
Offer alternatives that fit the customers budget, or products that complement the alteration.
