Account Specialist
- Coordinate schedules for cleaning crews to ensure client expectations are being met
- Communicate regularly with customers on the status of their sites and update them on inspections
- Leverage the opportunity – as it arises – to upsell or cross-sell services to existing customers
- Notify management of all circumstances or opportunities related to site issues, crew issues, new locations or other things that arise.
- Investigate situations with service delivery with an interest to identifying ways to address inefficiencies and prevent future issues
- Ensure quality control processes are followed and/or updated as needed
- Offer administrative support as needed to the organization
- Track all training requirements for each client site and coordinate with key Managers to ensure completed and updated
- Coordinate health and safety training schedules and oversee WHMIS training
- Process and file new invoices from vendors
- Occasional support for onsite training of new staff
- Coordinate all administrative, training and scheduling details for a new client implementation
- Coordinate and track inspections
- Payroll coordination with ADP
- Customer service and customer relationship management
- Responsible for inventory management
- Assisting with estimates and completing invoicing
- Schedule Monday to Friday

Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent experience in Business or Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Some flexibility in your work schedule is required. You must be available to work evenings and weekends when required (up to 20% of the time).
- Must be available to answer phone after hours and be on call for scheduling changes or client requests.
- Strong computer skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, CRM programs would be an asset
- Must have a G driver’s license.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
