·This role supports kitchen and dining operations by assisting with food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include setting up buffets for guest arrival, preparing tables (including buffet, salad bar, dessert, and special diet stations), and serving hot beverages such as coffee and tea during meal periods. The position involves assisting the Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation, maintaining clean and sanitized food preparation areas, and washing and properly storing all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes. Additional duties include resetting tables with linens, napkins, and cutlery for the next service, and handling dishwashing responsibilities.
