The Role
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse / Production Worker to join our team. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including production requirements, order picking and tagging, receiving shipments, staging orders, and other tasks as needed. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Completing production and assembly work to company quality standards
- Accurately picking and staging orders for walk-in customers and deliveries
- Organizing, labeling and helping to maintain inventory accuracy
- Operating forklift and material handling equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean, organized and efficient warehouse
- Supporting daily workflow to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Communicating clearly with team members to prevent errors and delays

- Orders are accurate and ready when promised
- Inventory is organized and discrepancies are minimized
- Production work meets quality standards and is prioritized with team lead
- Computer systems are used accurately to support workflow
- The warehouse is clean, safe and efficient

Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing environments.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Prior experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
