Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate data entry records including orders and quotations to support business operations.
- Communicate effectively in English both written and verbal.
- Promote our products through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Provide solutions and support that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold phone etiquette standards.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail, must have good basic math skills and know how to use a measuring tape
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Sales experience or aptitude for upselling is a plus.
