Job Title: Flooring Installer – Foreman, Journeyman & Apprentice

Positions Available
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Foreman
- Journeyman Installer
- Apprentice Installer
Responsibilities
All Installers Will:
- Install various flooring types including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile
- Prepare surfaces for installation (e.g., cleaning, leveling, or removing old flooring)
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Foreman Additional Duties:
- Lead and supervise crews on job sites
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and office staff
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Keep accurate records of materials, time, and work completed
Qualifications
Foreman & Journeyman:
- Minimum 3–5 years of flooring installation experience (variety of flooring types preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills (Foreman)
- Valid driver’s license
Apprentices:
- No prior experience required – willing to train the right person
- Good work ethic, punctuality, and eagerness to learn
