Job Description
• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers • Define and drive the overall user experience design strategy • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather requirements and iterate on design solutions • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products • Ensure consistency and quality of design deliverables across projects • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
