Service Technician – G2 Gas Fitter
Location: Blue Mountain, ON (servicing Blue Mountain, Meaford & Amberley)
Compensation & Earnings
$27–$35 per hour (based on experience)
5% uncapped commission on completed work
Expected earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+
High performers can exceed $100K
Schedule
Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM start
Typical finish between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays during peak season

Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed G2 Gas Fitter to perform the installation, inspection, service, and repair of residential gas fireplaces. This is a hands-on field role suited to a safety-focused technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair gas fireplaces
Complete work orders in compliance with Ontario gas safety codes
Communicate clearly with customers and address service-related concerns
Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to complete jobs efficiently
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Qualifications
Valid G2 Gas Technician License (Ontario)
Minimum 2 years of residential gas fitting experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
WETT certification considered an asset
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and organizational skills
