Winter 2027 semester
The Department of Psychology is seeking a sessional instructor to teach the laboratory component of PSYC 315 – Analysis of Psychological Research during the Winter 2027 semester (2SCH).
The lab consists of two Monday sections:
- 9:30–10:20 a.m.
- 10:30–11:20 a.m.
Location: Teaching and Learning Centre, Room 10-3034, Prince George Campus
The lab supports the lecture component of PSYC 315 and focuses on helping students develop skills in the analysis of psychological research, including statistical concepts and techniques

The Peace River-Liard campus in Fort St. John is situated on the traditional territory of the Doig River, Blueberry River and Halfway River First Nations. They are the Dunne-Za people. The Northwest campus in Terrace is situated on traditional Ts’msyen (Tsimshian) territory of the Kitsumkalum and Kitselas First Nations. It includes a satellite campus in the coastal community of Prince Rupert.
UNBC consistently ranks in the top three in its category in the annual Maclean’s university rankings. UNBC also recently placed among the top five per cent of higher education institutions worldwide by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

Salary
The salary for Part-Time Sessional Instructors is determined on the basis of Semester Contact Hour (SCH) at a rate of $3,231.53 per SCH.
