Duties
- Diagnose mechanical issues by inspecting and testing machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and machinery, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical technology.
Qualifications
- Must be a Red Seal Mechanic
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- A valid driver's license may be required based on the job location or duties.
