O.N.E. Transport Group is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager to join our team in our Bonnyville branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, managing staff, and ensuring that all branch goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a managerial role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff management, customer service, and sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.- Identify opportunities for improvement in branch operations
- Oversee and assist with warehouse and fleet maintenance
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of employees.
- Sales management experience to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Hard-working and team player with a "hands on" approach

- Certifications/Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the transportation/logistics/courier industry
- Valid Drivers License (class 5)
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work extra hours when required.
- Reliable and punctual
- Prior experience working in a courier-based organization will be preferred
