We are seeking a talented and professional Esthetician to rent a dedicated treatment room within our established beauty and wellness center. This opportunity is ideal for licensed estheticians looking to grow their client base in a welcoming environment.
The Room Rental is $500 a month and includes a massage table, trolley, facial lamp, wax pots, linen, laundry, music as well as reception services and access to the Phorest Booking App.
You would be responsible for your own products, and taking your own payments.
The rental arrangement provides flexibility and independence, allowing you to deliver a variety of skincare and beauty services to clients while utilizing our facility and amenities. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and creating a relaxing atmosphere for clients seeking skincare, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other esthetic treatments.
Duties
- Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in your treatment space and shared areas to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Manage guest interactions at the front desk, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries.
- Promote retail sales and additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist with product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines or new treatments.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business through excellent communication skills and guest services.
- Keep your treatment area organized, stocked with supplies, and compliant with health regulations.
Experience
- Valid esthetician license required.
- Prior experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or nail care is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols relevant to esthetic practices.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling services/products is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor that promotes guest satisfaction and loyalty.
