About the Role
Join our team at one of the region's most breathtaking natural attractions! We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Customer Service Cashier to be the welcoming face of Crazy Creek Waterfall & Suspension Bridge. You'll greet visitors, process admissions and gift shop purchases, and help create memorable experiences for guests from around the world — all while working in a stunning outdoor setting surrounded by towering trees, rushing waterfalls, and fresh mountain air.
What You'll Do
- Welcome visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their adventure
- Process ticket sales, gift shop purchases, and cash/card transactions accurately
- Share information about the waterfall, suspension bridge, trails, and local highlights
- Upsell merchandise, snacks, and experience add-ons to enhance guest visits
- Answer questions and offer recommendations to make every visit unforgettable
- Keep the cashier area, gift shop, and entrance tidy and well-stocked
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Sociable, outgoing personality — you genuinely enjoy meeting new people
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Confident selling skills with a knack for suggesting products guests will love
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay positive during busy days
- Comfortable handling cash and using point-of-sale systems (training provided)
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but a great attitude matters most
