Role: Senior Java Backend Developer
Location: Mississauga, ON Canada
Type of employment: Fulltime
Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days in a week onsite)
Technical Skills:
· 6+ years’ experience in Java
· Spring Boot / Micro services
· Spring Boot Experience of working in an Agile environment
· Web services (REST Services / SOAP)DB (Oracle/MongoDB)
· Microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes)
· Design and Architecture (Micro-services design pattern)
· Data Structures and Algorithms
· Team City, JIRA, Git
Required Skills & Experience:
· Good knowledge on Object Oriented design principles
· Good knowledge on Java standard library
· Hands on experience with Object Oriented programming
· Hands on experience with Spring Boot
· Experience in agile software development
· Knowledge on cloud platforms
· Should be able to coordinate with different stakeholders.
Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or a related field.
Pay: $80,476.52-$140,000.24 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
