Duties

- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- OMVIC License
- Previous experience in retail or sales is required minimum 1 year; enthusiasm for learning is key.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
