The Role
As an RMT at Elmwood Spa, you will provide exceptional care through a wide range of modalities in a diverse and exciting work environment.
- Personalized Care: Conduct thorough assessments and deliver customized therapeutic, relaxation, and prenatal massages tailored to client goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, digital client records using company-issued iPads.
- Collaboration & Holistic Wellness: Work alongside our "Spa Care Experts™" and utilize our steam rooms, saunas, and rain showers to ensure a seamless, world-class guest experience.
Who You Are
- CMTO Registered & Insured: A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CMTO, with proof of valid liability/malpractice insurance.
- Compassionate & Communicative: A warm, friendly professional with strong interpersonal skills who is truly concerned with the well-being of their clients.
- Flexible: Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our guests (7 days a week).
