Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the front desk team, ensure exceptional guest service, and oversee the daily operation of the front office. The ideal applicant has previous hotel front desk supervisory experience and is proficient in the Opera Property Management System (Opera PMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the front desk and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, train, and support front desk staff.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservations.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all front office procedures, hotel policies, and brand standards are followed.
- Perform daily audits, cash handling, balancing, and reporting as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and guest requests using Opera PMS.
- Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and escalated guest issues.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience using Opera Property Management System (Opera PMS) is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
