Job Summary:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor turns up, takes money off customers, and tries not to piss them off. You’re the face of the service department so... just make us look good, yeah?

The requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in stressful and time-sensitive situations
- The drive, determination, and motivation to succeed every day (the boss made us add this one)
- Positive, enthusiastic and passionate attitude toward the automotive industry (this one too)
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset
- A minimum of 1 year in a service advisor role is preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License upon employment
The job:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
- Identify opportunities to upsell maintenance services and performance upgrades.
- Build value in engine upgrades, performance packages, and horsepower builds.
- Provide clear estimates, explain recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help riders get the most out of their Harley-Davidson, from routine maintenance to full performance transformations.
