What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and maintain Total Station & GPS equipment
- Record accurate field notes and locate necessary survey evidence
- Ensure proper care and handling of all surveying instruments
- Collaborate with office staff on project data management, calculations, and quality control
- Perform additional duties as required to support project delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience leading as a Land Surveyor Party Chief
- Geomatics degree or equivalent experience – this is a must!
- Proficient with total stations, GPS equipment, and GIS or data collection techniques
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor fieldwork in varying conditions
- Excellent penmanship and strong written communication
- Solid math and calculation skills
- Time management – organized, efficient, and adaptable
- Valid driver’s license – travel to job sites required
- Motivated and self-driven – a go-getter who takes pride in quality work
- Tech-savvy – proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction processes is a plus
