GUEST SERVICE AGENT NEEDED

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

- Shown ability to create a repeat client base.
- Previous experience working within a large team.
- Proven capacity to promote retail sales and service upgrades.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a highly competent and engaging Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for providing customer services with confidence, integrity and warmth.
Efficiency and familiarity with computer programs will be required as this is a large part of the guest services tasks, including but not limited to: booking appointments, email communication, POS, events planning.
In addition, you will also be expected to promote makeup applications, MYOasis membership sales, retail sales, cross spa promotions, and support fellow colleagues in maintaining a professional and safe guest environment.
