Overview
We are seeking a reliable, safety focused Journeyman Glazier with strong experience in commercial glazing. The successful candidate will install, repair, and service glass, aluminum framing systems, storefronts, doors, sealed units, mirrors, and related products while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Duties
- Measure, cut, fit, install, and replace glass and glazing systems
- Install and service storefronts, curtain wall systems, aluminum doors, windows, sealed units, mirrors, and hardware
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and work orders
- Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and other elevated work platforms as required
- Repair glass doors, windows, frames, sealants, and related glass supporting structures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, glass cutting equipment, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
- Support apprentices and junior workers through guidance, training, and positive leadership
Experience
- Journeyman Glazier certification required.
- Experience with commercial glazing, storefronts, curtainwall, aluminum systems, and service work preferred
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license with clean drivers abstract
- Ability to read drawings, and complete accurate site measurements
- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and commitment t o quality workmanship
- Safety certificates such as WHMIS, first aid, Elevated Work Platforms, Fall Protections and Working at Heights are a strong asset

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
