Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Shift Burrito Maker to join our food production team. This role involves preparing high-quality burritos in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with food processing procedures to support efficient production operations.
Duties
- Make and package burritos according to company specifications, maintaining consistent quality standards
- Assist with kitchen prepration includes chopping veggies, preping meat
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and supply replenishment
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of sanitation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, manufacturing, or food processing is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for portioning and quality checks
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in packaging and quality assurance tasks
- Ability to work efficiently during evening shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of packaging procedures and equipment operation is desirable
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks effectively

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
