What You’ll Do
- Formwork for footings, walls, slabs
- Frame/finish exterior walls, decks, and roofs
- Frame interior partitions and build stairs
- Install drywall, crown molding, doors, cabinetry (cabinetry optional but appreciated)
- Optional: tile floors, install wood and laminate flooring
- Mentor junior team members and uphold site standards
What You Bring
- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- English required; French is a strong asset
- Able to commute or relocate to the Westmount area
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
