The Role
We're looking for a bilingual (Portuguese/English) Part-Time Sales Representative to build and manage Zebra's commercial pipeline from the ground up. This is a hands-on role — you'll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closed deal.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the agency's sales funnel
- Active prospecting and outreach to local businesses
- Lead management from first contact through contract signing
- Represent Zebra Digital's brand and value proposition with confidence
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze campaign performance.
- Align marketing strategies with sales objectives, particularly in technology sales and B2B environments.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt marketing tactics accordingly to stay ahead of competitors.
- Provide insights through analysis skills to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve ROI.
Experience
- Requirements
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- Previous B2B sales experience (mandatory)
- Based in Vancouver or surrounding area (mandatory)
- Previous experience with agencies is a strong asset
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for campaign tracking and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Compensation
- $20/hour
- 15–20 hours per week
- Commission on all new clients closed (discussed at interview)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
