High River Toyota (soon to be Okotoks Toyota) is looking to add a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to our team. We are currently located in High River but transitioning to our new dealership located in Okotoks soon. We are in search for individuals wanting to grow and becoming future leaders with us and the industry.

Two years or more Service Advisor with Toyota experience is preferred. If you are goal oriented and driven with a positive attitude, you're the one for us.
Job Role/Responsibilities
The successful candidate is able to effectively communicate with technicians, guests, and other staff members to obtain the highest level of customer satisfaction experience. Efficient problem solving skills with the ability to adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards. Automotive dealership experience an asset. PBS System experience a definite asset. Must possess a valid driver's license. Compensation is based on experience.
The applicant must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service skills.
- Greet guests in a professional and positive manner
- Transparent and honest service to our guests is paramount
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs an asset (Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Accurately submit warranty claims and monitor processes
- Process warranty claims in a timely manner, as each repair order is closed.
- Review and process claims including; returned, rejected, canceled status
- Track each claim until its final resolution
- Maintain warranty receivable schedules
- Outbound calls to Toyota owners with outstanding recalls
- Review repair orders for proper documentation and verifies criteria required by manufacturer are met
- Booking service appointments at the counter and over the phone
- Review service history and accurately identify the guest's servicing needs
- Promote the Toyota brand and Dealership products and services
- Effectively deal with concerns or complaints
- Provide accurate repair estimates for recommended services, communicate and get proper authorization
- Mechanical/Automotive knowledge and ability to communicate between the technicians and guests would be an asset
- PBS Dealer System knowledge is an asset
- Prior Service Advisor experience an asset but willing to train suitable applicant
