Fruition Skin Therapy is a boutique skin therapy studio in North Vancouver with a loyal client base of people who trust us with their skin. We're looking for someone to be the first voice, first face, and first impression of that experience not just someone to answer phones.
This isn't a typical front-desk role. You'll be the person who turns a first-time caller into a returning client, who knows enough about our services to recommend the right treatment, and who makes our membership programs (Glow, Corrective) feel like an easy yes rather than a hard sell.
What you'll actually do:
- Manage bookings and scheduling through Fresha, including rebooking and cancellation recovery.
- Greet clients and set the tone for their visit — confident, warm, un-rushed.
- Recommend retail products and treatments based on real understanding of what we offer.
- Support membership sign-ups and explain the value of Glow/Corrective tiers naturally.
- Follow up with clients on rebooking, retail restocks, and promotions.
- Keep the front of house running smoothly — payments, retail merchandising, client records.
- Track retail and treatment product inventory, flag low stock, and help manage reordering.
- Pack and ship online orders, keeping fulfillment accurate and on time.
- Support day-to-day studio operations — supply organization, light admin, and other tasks as they come up.
- Act as a right hand to the owner, helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
- What "good" looks like to us:
- You're comfortable talking about skincare and treatments, even if you're not an esthetician.
- You can recommend a product or membership without sounding scripted or pushy.
- You're proactive — you notice a gap in the schedule and know how to fill it.
- You take pride in being organized without needing to be micromanaged.
- You're reliable with details — inventory counts, reorder timing, small tasks that keep things running.
- You want to grow with a small, established brand not get lost in a big one.
Pay: $20.00-$23.50 per hour
