About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Available Positions
Full-Time (~ 20-22 hours/week)
- Primarily afternoon shifts with some evenings
- Hours may vary based on clinic needs
Part-Time (~7-9 hours/week)
- Availability for one evening shift per week (TBD which day) and every Saturday shift required
- Hours may vary based on clinic needs
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has 2+ years of customer service, administration, sales, or healthcare experience
✔ Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
✔ Communicates confidently and enjoys working with people
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment
✔ Healthcare clinic experience is an asset
