You will play a key role as the face of our practice—creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the front desk runs efficiently. Candidates with dental experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recalls
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Process insurance claims and coordinate billing/estimates
- Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent
- Handle payments and daily balancing
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Uphold privacy standards and office protocols
Qualifications
- Dental reception experience preferred
- Experience with Abeldent (asset)
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
