Overview
Our Guest Experience Team ensures an excellent experience for the guests by exceeding expectations and taking, assembling, and serving orders accurately. They will ensure that guests come first before anything else, delighting them with friendly and caring service that creates loyalty. They will also ensures the dining room/service areas are kept clean and presentable, and contributes to achieving A&W operating standards for the restaurant and overall guest experience
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process cash handling transactions accurately for payments
- Assist with food service operations when required, including serving guests and maintaining cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and organized guest experience area and ensure all guest areas are welcoming
- Collaborating with fellow team members and management to ensure a smooth work flow
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Experience in food service or guest services is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
- Attention to detail

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
