Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting shoppers and understanding their needs.
- Share engaging product education and explain features to help customers make informed decisions.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including processing payments
- Identify customer preferences and recommend complementary items to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain inventory levels through merchandising, stock replenishment, and organizing products on the sales floor.
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products, store hours, and services while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Assist with additional boutique tasks as needed: packing online orders, store cleaning and merchandising, etc.
Qualifications
- Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- DANCE BACKGROUND/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Calm and confident demeanor to create a positive experience for customers
