Known for our professionalism, systems, and high-quality finishes, we are looking for a Painting Project Manager to lead our sub-crews and ensure projects are completed on time and at the highest level of quality.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running organized, profitable jobs.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple painting projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both our clients and our crews.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing residential repaint painting projects
- Scheduling crews, subcontractors, and materials
- Supervising painters and ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Conducting job site visits and quality control inspections
- Communicating with clients and painting crews
- Managing timelines, budgets, and production targets
- Problem-solving on-site challenges quickly and professionally
- Ensuring safety standards and company policies are followed
- Coordinating job completion, walkthroughs, and touch-ups
We’re looking for a strong leader who can manage both people and production.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in painting and project management would be a bonus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Confident communicator with clients and crews
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality
- Comfortable using apps, scheduling tools, and job management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
