Noye & Noye Limited is looking for a dependable, hard-working Shop Helper / Yard Support team member to assist with daily operations in our construction shop and yard.
This position supports the Shop Manager and helps keep equipment, materials, tools, and the property organized and running efficiently during our busy construction season.

Responsibilities
- Assist Shop Manager with daily shop operations
- Maintain clean, organized shop and yard areas
- Help load/unload materials and equipment
- Wash and prepare equipment and trucks
- Organize tools, parts, and inventory
- Pick up parts and supplies when needed
- Support mechanics, welders, operators, and field crews
- Help monitor fuel, fluids, and basic maintenance items
- Assist with property upkeep including sweeping, garbage, snow clearing, grass cutting, etc.
- Follow company safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Mechanical or construction experience considered an asset
- Forklift or equipment experience is an asset but not required
