Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bottle Service professional to provide exceptional guest experiences in a lively hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a good understanding of food and beverage service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves serving premium beverages, upselling menu items, and ensuring guests have a memorable night. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. A professional appearance and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive bottle service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS, and process payments with cash handling skills
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with food preparation or serving as needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area according to sanitation guidelines
- Provide guest services that exceed expectations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, addressing concerns promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
- Basic math skills for billing and upselling purposes
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures
- Experience in food industry roles including serving, food preparation, or kitchen work is advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- A positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
