Air Tech Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator to join our team in West Kelowna.
This is an in-house position working from our West Kelowna office. We are not looking to hire a marketing agency, freelancer, contractor, or remote marketing company. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team and help grow one of the Okanagan’s leading home service companies.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
This position will take ownership of Air Tech’s day-to-day marketing and branding initiatives, including:
- Managing and improving our WordPress website
- Creating new website pages and SEO content
- Writing blogs and educational articles
- Managing Google Ads campaigns
- Monitoring advertising performance and ROI
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Producing reels and short-form videos
- Photographing completed installations and company events
- Designing marketing material including brochures, flyers, vehicle graphics, signage and promotional material
- Managing email marketing campaigns
- Maintaining and growing our Google Business Profile
- Monitoring and responding to online reviews
- Creating seasonal marketing campaigns and promotions
- Supporting recruitment marketing initiatives
- Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
- Monitoring website analytics and reporting on campaign performance
- Identifying new marketing opportunities to grow the business
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has experience with many of the following:
- WordPress
- Elementor
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEO
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite (an asset)
- Meta Business Suite
- Photography
- Video editing
- Copywriting
- AI tools such as ChatGPT and other modern marketing tools
Experience within the plumbing, HVAC, electrical or construction industry would be considered an asset but is not required.
