What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and their furry friends with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and process payments efficiently.
- Support the veterinary team by ensuring a smooth flow of appointments and operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus!).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- A love for animals and a desire to help pets and their owners.
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
