Overview
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Health Care Aides (HCAs) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to clients while maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Prepare meals according to clients’ needs and preferences
- Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean living environment
- Administer medications in accordance with care plans and company policies
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Provide compassionate care while supporting clients’ comfort, dignity, and independence
Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid open work permit with at least 2 years of validity
- Must hold a valid Health Care Aide registration/permit to practice in Alberta
- Must possess valid certifications in:
- CPR
- First Aid
- Medication Administration
- WHMIS
- Fire Safety
- Canadian Food Safety

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
